Event Management

At the 2025 LIV Golf Media Week, we seamlessly coordinated 13 teams through 25+ stations in just three days—ensuring every moment was captured to fuel the 2025 season.

Jon Rahm is seated in a modern podcast-style interview setup at a LIV Golf media event. The setting features a sleek, green-themed backdrop with the "LIV Golf" logo illuminated in neon, tall plants, and two large championship trophies displayed prominently. Rahm, wearing a black hoodie and a white Callaway cap, speaks into a microphone, while the man on the left, dressed in a gray shirt, listens attentively. A table in the foreground holds a bowl of golf balls, a book, and other small decorative elements, enhancing the golf-centric atmosphere.

Across the event, our team captured and managed DIT for over 10,000 photos, including headshots, greenscreen activations, stylized sponsored content, and behind-the-scenes moments. We prioritized seamless communication through WhatsApp custom channels and kept all team leads aware of updates in schedules and transportation notes. We recorded more than 60 hours of footage spanning multiple sets, delivering a massive library of assets to set LIV up for a dynamic 2025 season.

Approach

At LIV Golf Media Week, Fresh Tape orchestrated a high-energy, high-efficiency production, managing transportation, scheduling, and on-site coordination to keep 13 teams moving seamlessly across 25+ media stations. From fabrication of six set/lounge spaces and on-set management of over ten distinct media stops to ensure a smooth and timely workflow, we prioritized ease of work, elite execution, and—most importantly—high vibes.

See below for some examples of render to real life for our set spaces at LIV Media Week:

Render for the Branded Set within the Teams Studio, allowing teams to fill the spaces with their own merch. The branded circle was a 8x8 flag that was replaced for each team that came through and back lit with team's appropriate colors
Render for the Podcast space that allowed for seating of up to six people
Render for the Sit-Down Interview space within the Teams Studio, where teams could come in and create their own content. The logos on the wall were replaceable and changed out as each team came through the set
Render for the Cyclorama within the Teams Studio that created a versatile set space for the teams to capture what they needed imagery-wise, including on-white photography, duotone imagery, team interaction, and sponsor content

This image shows Lamar Jackson in a Baltimore Ravens uniform, wearing number 8, posing energetically in a room completely covered with Ravens memorabilia. He’s holding a football in one hand and extending his other hand forward as if to stiff-arm an invisible defender. The walls and ceiling are plastered with posters, photos, team logos, and decorations in purple, black, and gold. There are Ravens hats, jerseys, clippings, and even a clock and stereo on a cluttered desk in the corner, making the space feel like the ultimate fan cave. The overall vibe is lively, passionate, and celebratory—capturing both the player’s excitement and the intensity of Ravens fandom.

Baltimore Ravens Media Day Set

For the Ravens’ 30th season, we built a Media Day set that paid tribute to 1996—the team’s inaugural year—by transforming the space into the ultimate 90s bedroom packed with Baltimore pride.
