Are you looking for a versatile studio rental in Denver, Colorado? If so, look no further than Fresh Tape Studios at 747 Kalamath Street.

It is fully equipped with a cyc cove wall (W-13” D-13” H- 13”) with overhead RGB production space lighting. The studio has a loft on the second floor that grants unobstructed viewing of the floor below and features beautiful natural light throughout. The studio can easily be transformed and utilized for most production needs with finished concrete floors (approx. 169 square feet).

We offers hourly rates, and have an array of cameras and gear for rent.

Pricing

$55/hr weekdays (9am - 5pm) + $75 cleaning + repainting fee
$115/hr outside of Monday-Friday 9am - 5pm + $75 cleaning + repainting fee
- 2 hour minimum and 15% full day discount

A non-refundable 50% deposit of the studio rental charges is due in advance at the time the reservation and can be made via credit card or ACH Bank Payment (no personal checks). The studio is not considered reserved until a 50% deposit is made and a signed rental contract is received. The additional 50% is due by 5 PM MT the day before your rental.
